These are every bit as delicious as graham crackers you buy at the store. You can buy sprouted flour at your health food store or make your own. Sprouted flour will last longer stored on your shelf than regular flours and is loaded with extra vitamins and minerals due to the process of fermentation. Make your bake goods with sprouted flour, it's so much better for your body and I think it taste better too!
You can grind these in a food processor to make graham cracker crumbs.
