Berry Instant Ice Cream
Blueberries and cranberries are loaded with quercetin, a big-anti inflammatory food that's especially good for seasonal allergies! This is comfort food that is healthy, healing, and will make you happy. Enjoy the instant ice cream - I believe food can make us well!
Servings: 2 servings
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 cup bananas frozen, cut into ½ inch chunks
- ½ cup cranberries frozen
- ⅔ cup Yogurt or Kefir
- ½ teaspoon Monk Fruit Sweetener optional
Place the frozen fruits, kefir, and sweetener into a food processor and pulse until it starts to get creamy. Open the processor and scape down the sides if the fruit gets stuck.
Serve immediately or place in a bowl in the freezer to firm up for 30 minutes.
