Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. All sales are final. If you ordered a starter culture and it isn't working correctly, please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it. Do not throw your culture away without talking to us first!
Items Damaged in Shipping
If you received an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us right away. We will file a claim on your behalf. We will need you to send us pictures of the damaged item, as well as pictures of each side of the box that the item was shipped in. Please do not throw away the damaged item unless instructed to do so by us. If you do, we might not be able to help you get the item replaced.
Orders that Haven't Shipped Yet
If your order hasn't shipped yet, and you change your mind and want to cancel, the card processing fee (around 3%) will be deducted from your refund. We have to pay this fee whenever you place an order, and the fee doesn't get returned to us when we issue a refund.
