Taco Baked Potato

There are so many ways you can top this delicious meal! Just about any cultured veggie salsa will do as a topping. Don't forget the probiotic cultured cream (aka sour cream) it's the best.

Instructions

  • Bake your potato until soft (I like using the crockpot!).
  • Cut the top in a small oblong circle and scoop out some of the flesh to make room for your toppings
  • Add in your toppings: salsa, taco meat, kefir cheese, etc.
  • Enjoy Immediately!
