Matcha Strawberry Yogurt or Kefir

- ½ cup strawberries – fresh
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Tea Powder – ceremonial grade
- ½ cup Yogurt – or kefir
- ¼- ½ cup Homemade Almond milk
- ¼ cup ice
- sweetener to taste – honey, maple syrup, or allulose

Instructions
- Place strawberries in a small bowl and mash with a fork or masher. Add a little sweetener if you'd like it sweeter. Place strawberries in a tall glass.
- Sweeten yogurt with honey, maple syrup, or allulose. I usually use a few teaspons depending on how sour and tart it is. Place yogurt on top of strawberries in a glass.
- Add 1 teaspoon of matcha tea powder to a bowl or cup. Add 2 ounces of water and mix with a handheld mixer until frothy. Add almond milk to matcha and pour over the top of the yogurt. Eat immediately.
