Kefir Coffee Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- ⅔ cup Monk Fruit Sweetener –
- 1½ cups Half and Half – or whole milk
- 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ cup Kefir Cheese – or Yogurt Plus made with half and half
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Chocolate – optional

Instructions
- Add instant coffee, allulose, and half n half to a blender. Blend all ingredients until well combined.
- Add whipping cream, kefir cheese, and vanilla extract to blender. Blend for 20 seconds.
- Pour into ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- When ice cream is done, you can serve right away or firm up in the freezer for another hour if needed.
- Shave dark chocolate using a cheese grater and sprinkle on ice cream.
