Chai Kefir Parfait
Ingredients
Chai Kefir Parfait
- 1/2 cup Kefir – fermented with chai tea bag and cinnamon
- 3/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 3 teaspoons honey – You can substitute stevia for a sugar free option
- 1/2 cup granola – or coconut flakes, etc.

Instructions
Chai Kefir
- Make your kefir normally and take the grains out.
- Place your kefir in a clamp down jar.
- Let your kefir sit on the counter for another 2 -6 hours.
- Take out the tea bag (and cinnamon stick)
- Measure out 1/2 cup for your Parfait. The rest of it you can either drink or place in the refrigerator for later.
Chai Kefir Parfait
- Mix first three ingredients together by hand or in food processor until smooth.
- Layer with your choice of toppings: Granola , pecans, toasted coconut, fruit, etc… Whatever you can dream up.
- Top with whipped cream.
