Blueberry Einkorn Pie

This recipe uses fresh or frozen blueberries and a flaky einkorn crust. I love how easy this is to come together and the only baking is the pie crust. If you love blueberries you will love this pie. The nice thing about a precooked filling is that you can adjust the level of sweetness before pouring it into the crust. I even made this sugar free and it was fantastic!
