Hi everyone, I am a Lvl 3 Chek holistic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach with a passion for growing and eating organic life giving foods. I live in a small area (400 people) after recently shifting here to start my organic gardens teach people all about healthy nutrition and getting back to the good basic foundational principles all around nutrition and healthy living. I have a passion for learning all about cultured foods/ beverages and then teaching to people that would otherwise be brain washed into the typical supermarket trends. I am grateful to Donna in all her wisdom for setting up this site for all and I hope to get to know some or all of you through this forum.
