Welcome to the Einkorn Bread Course! Here is where you learn to make einkorn sourdough bread and so much more find. Einkorn flour is the most ancient wheat and where all other wheat comes from but as not been hybridized and is still one of the easiest wheat to digest, since einkorn flour has a different type of gluten. We encourage you to do each lesson and not skip around. Making sourdough and sprouted breads is one of the things I’ve enjoyed learning the most.
