Here We Come — 2025!

I’m so excited for another year of connection, discovery, and sharing the incredible benefits of cultured foods with you. As we step into 2025, I can’t help but reflect on how these foods—kefir, yogurts, kefir sodas, cultured vegetables, and kombucha—have shaped my life and the lives of so many of you.

For nearly twenty years, these foods have been my steady companions, teaching me lessons about health, healing, and the amazing intelligence of our bodies. Each one has a special role to play in our wellness journey.

Kefir and yogurts are my daily go-to for their ability to calm the digestive system, reduce inflammation, and boost overall immunity. Packed with billions of probiotics, they’re like a hug for your gut, helping to restore balance and improve digestion.

Kefir soda is bubbly, refreshing, and oh-so-good for you. It's a wonderful alternative to sugar-laden soft drinks and is brimming with probiotics that can lift your mood, energize your body, and even support better sleep.

Cultured vegetables—oh, how I adore them! From tangy sauerkraut to spicy kimchi, these foods are teeming with live cultures that can transform your gut health, ease bloating, and enhance nutrient absorption. They’re like little jars of magic that can turn any meal into a healing experience.

And then there’s kombucha, the fizzy fermented tea that’s a powerhouse of antioxidants and probiotics. Kombucha has been my secret weapon for boosting energy, supporting my liver, and keeping my skin glowing and healthy.

Sourdough and Einkorn bread are the only bread I make and eat. Nothing is more satisfying than taking a loaf from the oven and knowing it helps nourish and heal our bodies. It is one of my favorite things to make and einkorn flour has taken this to a new level.

Each of these foods has found a way to help me through life’s twists and turns—whether it’s managing stress, navigating menopause, bouncing back from a virus, or simply fueling my body for busy days. They’re more than just foods; they’re partners in health, wellness, and vitality.

What amazes me most is how these simple, natural foods can create such profound change. It’s as if the microbes inside them have a mission—to help us heal, grow, and thrive. And the more I learn, the more grateful I am for the gifts they bring.

But the best part of this journey? It’s you. Watching your lives transform through the power of cultured foods has been the greatest privilege. Your stories inspire me daily.
