In the world of health and wellness, there’s an ever-growing circle of friends who have found their way into my kitchen via the internet and cookbooks. I am always looking for inspiration and new recipes to make healthy, nourishing foods that feed my spirit and family. A few years ago, people started talking to me about two women who were called Trim Health Mama. I remember listening to their podcast and much to my surprise one of the sister's, Serene, had been drinking kefir a year longer than I had, twenty-four years, to be exact. That really intrigued me! Fast forward a few years, and we have become friends. The connection I feel with them is exciting and familiar and they actually feel like long lost friends.
