Fermented Spiced Apples

This is a quick and easy way to culture apples. I love how fast and easy it is to make, and the fermentation makes it bubbly. Eat it as a side dish or serve it on yogurt or kefir or use it on my pumpkin protein cheesecake. It is a delicious way to add both probiotics and autumn flavors to your holiday spread. I also love to add a few spoonfuls to my kefir smoothies. It gives the smoothie a pumpkin apple spice taste, and it makes it extra bubbly too.
